Chicken Curry

I got this recipe from Janice Harmon and we love it!!

Chicken Curry

2 cups cooked rice
2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen) steamed
4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (fresh or frozen) not cooked

Layer in a greased 9x13 baking dish or pan:
rice, broccoli, then chicken arranged on top.

Topping:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups mayo
1 tbsp curry powder (or more if you love it)

Mix together well and spread over top of chicken and to the edges of the baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
